Special features include anti-slip tread, oil & chemical resistance and non-marking capability, as well as acting as insulation barriers against the cold.

SPR leather is tanned by three separate processes making it 3 times stronger, 2 1/2 times more abrasion resistant, and more acid & chemical resistant than conventional tanned leather. SPR leather resists caustic chemicals & barnyard acids.

Durango Boot's newest innovation in comfort technology is FLX Point, standing for Flexible, Lightweight, Xtreme Comfort. Durango Boot has taken the weight out of the outsole with the FLX Point and added a Double Stack Comfort Core insole, which serves as the midsole. The result is a durable, long-wearing outsole, a comfortable insole and an amazingly lightweight flexible boot. This innovation from Durango gives boot-wearers what they have always wanted - "the broken-in feel".
