Your Big Horn Guarantee

All Big Horn trees are guaranteed for a period of 10 years against defects in material and workmanship under normal usage by Big Horn, not the dealer from whom it was purchased.

Any Big Horn tree developing such defects within the defects within the guarantee period will be replaced using the old leather. It is to be replaced using the old leather. It is to be returned freight prepaid by the purchaser through any authorized Big Horn Dealer.

No charge will be made unless the 10 year guarantee period has expired or servicing is necessary for reasons beyond our control in which a moderate charge will be made. The saddle will be returned freight collect.

 The material used in your Big Horn saddle is of high quality, but due to some saddles receiving much harder use than others, a time guarantee cannot be put on other parts of this saddle.
